How to Post a New Message

You can send or post new messages to the RTAP listserv by email or via the web interface.

Using Email:

1. Send an email to rtap@cutrlist.eng.usf.edu and the email will be distributed to everyone on the RTAP listserv. Your message will be sent immediately.

Using the Web Interface:

1. Select a listserv from My Forums or All listservs.
2. Click on the Messages tab. You will be prompted to log in.
3. Click on Create New Message.
4. Enter your email address, the Subject and Message Body of the message you'd like to be sent to the listserv.
5. Click OK to send the message, or Cancel to abort it. Your message will be sent immediately.


How to Reply to a Message

You can reply to new messages to the RTAP listserv by email or via the web interface.

Using Email: The default setting is for replies to only go to the author of the email.
1. To reply to the full listserv, include rtap@cutrlist.eng.usf.edu in the “TO” field and the email will be distributed to everyone on the RTAP listserv. Your message will be sent immediately.

Using the Web Interface:
A reply to a message will be threaded beneath the message replied to.

1. Select a message from Messages.
2. Click on Reply beneath the message you would like to reply to. You will be prompted to log in.
3. Enter your email address, the Subject and Message Body of the message you'd like to be sent to the listserv.
4. Click OK to send the message, or Cancel to abort it. Your message will be sent immediately.
